I have been to Haiti on a I have been to Haiti on a few occassions. I have walked the streets of Haiti with my husband and son. I am more afraid of my own government than I am of ANY Haitian.
I just returned from Labadie I just returned from Labadie Haiti….I have never felt safer in my life than I did in this village. I had a messenger bag that I carried with digital camera, laptop, several hundred dollars. What a joy to know that I could lay it down and come back and no one had touched it.
Haitians are sweet loving people. My heart breaks that they are in prison in their country. We have so much and they have so little. If you have a problem with Haiti…go…you will come away with a different story.

You would know that the majority of the population are sweet, kind and hospitable people.
